Privacy
There is no account and no login. The Game does not run a server that stores anything about you.
Your progress (wallet, ledger and lesson state) is saved only in
your browser's local storage, on your device, under the key
thegame:v2. Clearing it, or using the reset control in
the game, deletes it. It is never sent anywhere.
Once, at the start of a run, the game asks CoinGecko's public API for the current XRP/USD rate, to seed the in-game price. If that request fails, a fixed fallback price is used instead and the game continues.
In production, the site uses Fathom Analytics, a cookie-free analytics service, to count visits. It does not run in development.
